Hey everyone! If you're reading this blog, I want to share with you about my second favorite hotel in Houston - the Royal Sonesta. It's a stunning hotel with a beautiful atmosphere and amazing artwork. The chandeliers are particularly breathtaking and you'll know what I mean when you see them for yourself.

However, I do have one issue with the hotel, and that is the parking. You have to pay $24 per night for parking, which seems like a lot, especially when there isn't always security at the parking booth. On top of that, there's also a $50 per night deposit.

But let's move on to the pros! If you want to experience luxury without breaking the bank, this hotel is a great option. The average price is around $140 per night, but you can often find deals on third-party hotel websites like Expedia or hotels.com, which can bring the price down to around $100 per night. Another great thing about this hotel is the friendly staff. They're always there to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel has a lot of events and a nice bar, so you'll never be bored. In terms of the rooms, they're not very spacious, but they're still cute and comfortable for the price. Most of the rooms look similar and come with one or two beds, an L-shaped sofa, a TV, a dresser, and a desk. The higher-priced rooms usually offer more space or a better view, so it's worth considering if you're willing to spend more.

Personally, I always go for the Deluxe room with a king bed, which costs around $150 per night. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Sonesta for its beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and affordable luxury. See you next time!
